Acute Logistics is seeking college graduates for business-to-business product/service telesales. We are looking for enthusiastic, polished, hardworking candidates who want to have a career in sales! Acute Logistics is a premier consulting and contract logistics company, specializing in LTL, Truckload, Air Freight, and Warehouse services. We are growing at a rapid pace and we are looking to add new Inside Sales Reps working remotely & reporting to our Nashville, TN office.
As an Inside Sales Rep, you will represent Acute Logistics and promote our services to new customers, build and maintain your own book of business and provide an exceptional level of customer services. Inside Sales Rep tracks sales opportunities and develops a pipeline of potential customers through strategic relationships. You will be the owner of your own book of business working in a fast paced team environment. In a $700+ Billion industry your prospective client base is unlimited. Responsibilities
- Prospecting and developing new business
- Develop lead generation and utilize CRM to track activity
- Selling and setting up new accounts
- Trains customers on use and advantages of web-based shipping and technology
- Maintaining and growing customer relationships
Training and Development:
At Acute Logistics, we believe in supporting our Inside Sales Reps (ISRs) through best-in-class training and development. All training is led by the Sales Manager in a 1-on-1 setting. New Inside Sales Reps will learn the ins and outs of the freight industry while developing and honing their sales techniques and skills.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
- 0-2 year’s sales or similar experience preferred
- Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Problem solver with ability to identify issues and provide solutions
- Determined to be part of a winning team
- Strategic relationship builder with focus on customer pipeline and key decision makers
Compensation:
- $35,000 Base Salary - not a draw against future commission
- Uncapped Commission
- OTE $125,000 annually
Physical Requirements:
Job functions require long periods of sitting and working from a computer workstation; ability to multi-task, problem solve, and prioritize daily workload; excellent organization and record keeping skills; comfortable with oral and written communications, primarily on the telephone and email. Capability of sight and hearing required. Ability to deal with stressful situations and occasionally working extended hours.
